The Roast.
We treat coffee as an agricultural product, not a commodity. No shortcuts, no dark-roast masking. Just transparent sourcing, precise roasting, and obsessive extraction.
Indian estates.
High altitudes.
Most commercial coffee changes hands dozens of times before it reaches your cup, losing freshness and traceability at every step. We bypass the commodity market entirely.
Our green beans are sourced directly from fifth-generation estates in Chikmagalur and the high-altitude slopes of Yercaud, typically grown at elevations between 1,200 and 1,500 meters. The cooler climate at these altitudes forces the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing denser, sweeter, and more complex flavor profiles.
We specifically select microlots—small, distinct harvests that showcase the unique terroir of the region. We pay well above Fair Trade premiums, ensuring the farmers who grow our coffee are compensated for their extraordinary dedication to quality.

Honoring the raw
ingredient.
For decades, commercial coffee has been roasted extremely dark to hide the taste of cheap, defective beans. We roast our coffee light to medium. This preserves the natural, delicate acids and sugars present in the cherry, resulting in notes of wild berries, cacao nibs, and jasmine, rather than ash and smoke.
Our brew bar offers three distinct methods to highlight these profiles:
Espresso: Highly concentrated and syrupy. Our house blend is pulled tight and short, designed to cut perfectly through milk or stand entirely on its own.
Pour Over (V60): A slow, gravity-fed filtration method. It yields a clean, tea-like body that highlights the bright, floral, and fruity notes of our single-origin coffees.
AeroPress: An immersion method that uses pressure to force water through the grounds. It produces a remarkably smooth, full-bodied cup with intense flavor clarity.
A Beginner's Guide to Filter Coffee
If you are used to instant coffee or heavy lattes, ordering a manual pour-over can feel intimidating. It shouldn't be.
When you order a filter coffee, expect it to look and feel more like black tea. It will not be bitter, and it will not need milk or sugar. Instead, you might taste things that remind you of green apple, black cherry, or honeycomb. Take it slow, let it cool slightly (the flavors open up as the temperature drops), and just enjoy the nuance.
Beans for Home
We retail our freshly roasted beans directly from the counter. We strongly recommend buying whole beans and grinding them just before brewing, but we are happy to grind them for your specific home setup (French Press, AeroPress, or Moka Pot).
